When coming out of a static stretch, participants should:
  1. Come out of the stretch slowly returning to their standing/sitting posture.
  2. Come out of the stretch as fast as possible to gain the most benefit.
  3. Hold their breath.
  4. Come back into the stretch and bounce for greater range of motion.
Explanation
Answer: A- When coming out of a static stretch, participants should come out of the stretch slowly returning to their standing/sitting posture. Static stretches in particular should be performed slowly and in a way that is relaxed and comfortable for the participant. Coming out of a stretch too fast, or bouncing in a stretch may cause injury or the participant to become unbalanced.
