In order to plan for the possibility of an emergency during your class:
  1. Always ensure you bring a first aid kit.
  2. Ask if there are medically qualified personnel in your class, at the beginning of the class.
  3. Ensure you are aware of the Emergency Policy/Emergency Action Plan in the premises, and the presence/location of qualified personnel.
  4. You need not do anything. Emergency planning is the responsibility of the premises in which you are conducting a class.
Explanation
Answer: C - In order to plan for the possibility of an emergency during your class, ensure you are aware of the Emergency Policy, or Emergency Action Plan for your premises. While you may not be qualified in first aid or CPR, there is a responsibility to be aware of the emergency policy of the premises in which you are conducting a class. Ensure you are familiar with emergency procedures and the presence of qualified personnel (for example in first aid and/or CPR) available on site.
