27. A patron is trying to show you his or her driver license on a smart phone instead of giving over a physical card version of it. What do you do?
  1. Ask for the physical card instead and tell him or her you will only accept that.
  2. Ask for the physical card, but if he or she does not have it take a closer look at the phone copy.
