I would argue none of these items are necessary. If a breast/chest feeding parent has their baby with them "on the go" then they don't need a breast pump, or if they are only separated for a couple of hours. If your baby isn't a spitter or you don't care if you have spit up on you then you don't need a burp cloth. A nursing bra is nice but I know women who hate bras and I've seen people in public who look like they need bras completely comfortable without one on.
