Answer: B - While inspecting the air conditioning system, you notice the return air ducts are inadequate. Your home inspection report should recommend installing additional return air ducts, especially in bedrooms. Undercutting bedroom doors does not sufficiently address the issue of reducing air pressure in the bedrooms when the doors are closed. You do not want additional return air ducts in bathrooms because bathroom odors will be dispersed throughout the home. A new air conditioning system is not necessary.
