Answer - B - Sinus bradycardia develops from the slowing of the SA node. It can result from increased parasympathetic tone, SA node disease, or drug effects. Treatment is unnecessary unless hypotension or ventricular irritability is present. If treatment is required, administer 0.5 mg bolus of atropine sulfate, every 3-5 minutes until a satisfactory rate has been obtained or 0.04 mg/kg of the drug has been reached.
