Answer: C - The Nuremberg Laws legally defined Jewish identity as including anybody with at least one Jewish grandparent, and institutionalized discrimination. For example, Jews were required to wear a yellow Star of David, were banned from public places, and forbidden to marry non-Jews. These laws marked the initial stage of what would become the Holocaust, Hitler's attempts to completely annihilate the Jews of Europe.
