Answer - C - AO3 or AO4 is an indicator that the client is aware of person, place, historical events, and some basic geography. Sometimes, precipitating factors are an issue, but not always significant in how the client remembers. While it’s a good idea for the client to be oriented to all, it’s not always possible.
