Providing the ability for occupants to control their environmental conditions lead to greater productivity and increased occupant satisfaction. Additionally, spaces that provide ample daylight, access to views, and high-performance acoustics further enhance the user experience. Being able to only turn on the amount of light or heat needed instead of a whole floor or section can also decrease energy usage.
