Answer: A-Verbal and motor tics are commonly associated with Tourette syndrome.
In addition to verbal and motor tics, a child with Tourette syndrome may exhibit finger tapping, eye rolling, twitching, sniffling, and throat clearing. The child may use profanity, repeat other’s speech, or squeal and bark. Children with Tourette syndrome may also be identified with ADHD or LD, which can cause additional symptoms.
