The Florida Real Estate & Appraisers Exam is administered by Pearson VUE in conjunction with the Florida Division of Real Estate for prospective salespersons and brokers applying for licenses. All salespersons and brokers must pass the written exam in order to qualify for a license in Florida.

Exams are scheduled based on the volume of applicants. Test-takers may choose from 22 locations across the state.

The real estate associate and real estate broker exams both require passing scores of 75 for licensing.

There are three different versions of the Florida Real Estate Exam, the Licensed Residential, Certified Residential, and Certified General exams, each containing 110 questions.

The passing score for the Florida Real Estate is 75%.

Passing the Florida Real Estate exam is required as part of gaining licensure to practice as a real estate sales associate or broker in Florida.
