The Florida Real Estate & Appraisers Exam is administered by Pearson VUE in conjunction with the Florida Division of Real Estate for prospective salespersons and brokers applying for licenses. All salespersons and brokers must pass the written exam in order to qualify for a license in Florida.

Exams are scheduled based on the volume of applicants. Test-takers may choose from 22 locations across the state.
