If the angles, distances and field note entries are not correct, the entire survey was a waste of time. All measurements and survey details must be recorded at the time of observation and should never be altered in order to yield a perfect closing. If the notes cannot be read, they are meaningless. Additionally, survey information is of little value if the notes are not complete and clear.
