Answer: B - The Environmental Protection Agency or EPA was not one of FDR’s New Deal alphabet agencies. President Richard Nixon created the EPA in 1970. The AAA was the Agricultural Adjustment Administration, which oversaw the payment of government subsidies to farmers. The SEC was the Securities and Exchange Commission, which regulated the securities and stock industries. The New Deal’s NRA was the National Recovery Administration, which was intended to help industry recover in part by setting fair prices. The AAA and NRA were ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court shortly after their creation. But the SEC still operates, as does the EPA.
