Answer: E - When evaluating patient’s extremities, you should check for symmetry, circulation (pulse, capillary refill etc.), sensation, and movement. Any discrepancies should be identified and addressed accordingly. If something seems out of place and not related to the injury or illness, the EMR should ask the patient if the finding is normal for them.
