However, it always helps to use the same measurements in the middle and at the end of therapy than were used at the beginning. This way, the measurement is identical and can be gauged against amount of time and energy expended. Also, while the BDI and BAI are for the client to fill out, note that the YMRS is usually more accurate when completed by a professional.
