Answer: A - Cleidocranial dysostosis is a condition the presents a bone anomaly. The disease is an autosomal dominant disease that affects mainly the skull and clavicles. Patients with this disorder have a short stature, larger than normal head with frontal bossing, hypoplastic midface, high arched palate, unerupted teeth, supernumerary teeth, narrow ascending ramus, and pointed coroniod process. There is a high prevalence of cleft palate. There is no treatment for this anomaly, however, dental treatment includes surgical orthodontic therapy, prostheses, and the exposing of unerupted teeth.
