Answer: C - Odontogenic keratocyst creates benign cystic neoplasms from the cell rest of the dental lamina. Without obvious bone expansion, the cyst may grow within the medullary cavity. Multiple cysts may indicate Gorlin syndrome. Radiographically, the lesion is well defined and radiolucent. Treatment is enucleation and curettage.
