Correct answer: A. The CG will move forward about 3 inches. First change the weight of the plane, remember 180 pounds are coming off, and subtract 180 from 2690 which equals 2510. Then 2510 is the new gross weight of the plane as the 205 passenger was on it to begin with. The only change now is change in moment prior to any switches which was 2260. First subtract the exiting passenger which is 153, then subtract the change in moment for the rear passenger moving forward. This equals 242 minus 170 which equals 72. Then subtract the passenger leaving the plane which is 153. Subtracting both these numbers equals 2035. Take the 2035 from the 2260 equals 225 which is close to a change of 3 inches.
