Having on hand a variety of motivational tools is essential for accomplishing goals, particularly in the final days of a long experience like a students’ senior year. Gathering statements from students can be an effective tool in which they remind themselves of their goals and objectives. Additionally, where a motivation is intended to be intrinsic the teacher has to find ways to access the student’s personal goals.
